What We Do

QualitySignoff is software for field inspection forms and quality records.

Your firm chooses and approves the forms. Your inspectors fill them in on a phone, with photos, video and location. Your reviewers see the records on the web and sign them. The software keeps the records together and shows who did what, and when.

We are a software provider. We are not an inspection agency, a testing laboratory or an engineering firm, and we do not certify work.

What We Commit To
Records name the right person Each record shows the account that recorded it and the person who reviewed it.
Status shown as it is The screens show what people actually did. A mismatch is a software fault, and we treat it as one.
The AI only proposes AI drafts are drafts until a person accepts or edits them. Reports that used AI say so.
How We Build

Field First

Inspectors work outside, often without a signal. The phone app keeps working offline and sends records when it can.

People Decide

The software never makes an engineering or acceptance decision. A named person makes each one, and the record shows who.

AI Within Limits

How far the AI reaches is set by tier and stated in your contract. Every new customer starts at the lowest tier.
